According to a recent news by an American Magazine, Elizabeth Taylor’s magnificent Jewelry Collection will soon be auctioned by the famed auction house, Christie’s. Although Christie’s have not yet confirmed any such reports, Taylor’s jewelry is estimated to be worth $150 million.

Elizabeth Taylor was not only a jewelry lover but possessed many fine and much sought after jewels which included the 33 carat Krupp diamond and the famous heart shaped Taj Mahal diamond.

Peter Sedghi, President of Luxury Jewels of Beverly Hills believed that the actress possessed more knowledge about gems and jewelry than many jewelry experts. He said, “To be honest, she knew more than I did [about jewelry]. When you would show her stones, she would tell you the origin, if it’s good quality, bad quality, where it came from. She had a collection like I’ve never seen before.”
